We were told by Southdown just don't look at the uneven light fixtures. Months of finger pointing for the HVAC issues to finally properly install fans and 7 years later, our loud HVAC system was finally fixed by putting in straps. HOWEVER, Southdown refuses to fix our floors we were promised would be fixed. Since then, we had reps from Southdown, the flooring company, and the flooring installers come out multiple times. Same finger pointing happening and no one wanting to take responsibility.
