I was absolutely impressed at how professional and organized these folks were at a recent funeral. I was escorting my friend who recently lost the love of her life. He was much too young to leave us, so naturally, this was one of those really bad situations. The funeral director ushered people in a stern but compassionate way. He made sure that the memorial service was promptly started and made sure to give the family privacy and invite people to leave after the memorial in order to do so.
